By booking a service with Flash Mobile Detailing, you agree to the following policies. Please read them carefully before scheduling your appointment.
1. Cancellation policy
We require at least one business day’s notice prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule. If timely notice is not provided, the full invoice amount will be charged. This charge is not a penalty — it will be credited toward your next service, effectively pre-paying your next detail.
2. Three-strike policy for same-day cancellations
Same-day cancellations are tracked and handled as follows:
- First strike: The full invoice amount is charged and credited toward your next appointment.
- Second strike: The full invoice amount is charged plus a $75 same-day cancellation fee.
- Third strike: After three same-day cancellations, we will no longer be able to provide service.
3. Deposit policy
A one-time deposit of $75 is required upon booking your first appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and will be credited toward your final bill.
4. Travel fee for mobile appointments
All mobile appointments include a travel fee based on distance:
- Up to 30 minutes of travel: $25
- 30 to 45 minutes of travel: $45
- 45 to 60 minutes of travel: $75
5. Discrepancies
Any concerns regarding a completed detailing job must be reported directly to our office. All discrepancies are handled in accordance with our internal policy standards.
6. Refund policy
Refunds and deposit refunds are not processed under any circumstances.
7. Credit card convenience fee
All credit card transactions will incur a 3% convenience fee to cover processing costs. We appreciate your understanding.
